The packaging industry has the capability of producing massive volumes of products. Through the innovation of engineers and the utilization of packaging technology, we have the capability to create much-needed face shields for communities across the nation.
Pharmaworks, located in Odessa, Florida, has worked around the clock to refine different designs of a rapidly producible face shield. Working together with the international community, we have created a solution that meets hospital requests and is test lab-verified for compliance.
The resulting rigid frame can be cleaned and reused providing much-needed personal protective equipment.
Where We Can Go
30,000 Face Shields per Day
A single Pharmaworks TF2 thermoformer can produce over 30,000 face shields per day.
The process can immediately scale and produce more than 60,000 face shields per day with an adequate supply of material.
Pharmaworks is proud to have teamed up with iQuest, Inc. to co-develop this solution.

A Rapidly Scalable Model

Die-cut sheets and frame designs are available to the open-source community which is very active in helping with donations.
